I’m glad that he has a two year contract. That means he’s still in the game. I also get the feeling that Vijay would probably let him go if he had an offer for a top seat. As much respect as I lost for Bob Fernley over the winter, I still have tons for Mallya. Think we’ll see him at LeMans again next year? I think so.

“Nico, how do you feel about your chances for next year’s season?”
“Well, you see Porsche is my main bitch, I chose to stay at Force India so that I can do both series.”

I think FI may be the only team that will let him race in both series.

“When I’m not busy winning LeMans, I like to fill my free time taking part in the F1 championship, and trying to qualify as far from Pastor Maldonado as I can”

Yeah, probably. I was always surprised that the RBR and STR guys never did any parallel WEC stints, though. It seems like such an obvious way to get your guys more seat time and exposure when seat time is hard to come and aren’t Red Bull already a sponsor for one of the teams?

At least he’s got the possibility of Porsche at Le Mans.

There's probably plenty of truth to that. Majority of other F1 teams wouldn't even consider loaning their driver out to do LeMans, so I'm sure that was a huge perk for Hulk to stay at FI.
